# Section V

## **Illegal Items & Weapon Enforcement Policy**

 It ensures **consistency, fairness, and proper enforcement procedures** by all Enforcers.

### 1. Purpose

The purpose of this SOP is to:

* Define illegal items and weapons
* Standardize confiscation and retrieval procedures
* Ensure fair enforcement by all Enforcers
* Maintain immersive and consistent roleplay enforcement

### 2. Authority to Search

1. Enforcers have the right to conduct searches on all apprehended suspects.
2. Suspects may be searched using the **F6 menu**.
3. Satchels and backpacks may be searched using the command:

/searchbackpack
```

### 3. Illegal Items – Mandatory Confiscation

The following items are **classified as illegal contraband** and must be **confiscated immediately** upon discovery:

* Hex Coins
* Hex Ingots
* Salvaged Lockpicks
* Cursed Paintings
* Enforcer Cloaks
* Dragonfire Charge
* Mystical Charge
* Necklace of Doom
* Forsaken Ring of the King
* Forsaken Gem
* ALL sellable items (Drugs)

**Important Notes:**

* Civilians **cannot retrieve these items through fines**.
* All listed items are **permanently confiscated** and **will not be returned** under any circumstances.

### 4. Weapon Confiscation Policy

#### 4.1 Melee Weapons

Melee weapons will **only be confiscated** under the following conditions:

* Brandished at a crime scene
* Used to harm another person

If a melee weapon is **not used in a crime** and **not unlawfully brandished**, it **shall not be confiscated**.

**Retrieval Fee for Melee Weapons:** $100,000

#### 4.2 Ranged and Projectile Weapons

All staffs, wands, bows/arrows, and **any other weapons capable of firing projectiles** will be confiscated.

**Retrieval Fee for Ranged/Projectile Weapons:** $200,000

These weapons are subject to confiscation **when involved in criminal activity**.

### 5. Billing Procedure

1. Enforcers are **only authorized** to issue fines and retrieval fees via the **official laptop system**.
2. **Manual payments, side payments, or alternative billing methods are strictly prohibited**.
3. Abuse of billing authority may result in **disciplinary action**.

### 6. Policy Compliance

All Enforcers must **adhere strictly** to this SOP.

Failure to comply may result in:

* Internal review
* Disciplinary action
* Removal from enforcement duties
