# Section IV

## Academy Enforcement & Detention System

Academy enforcement exists to maintain order, safety, and structured conduct while preserving professional educational operations.

### 1. Purpose

The purpose of this policy is to:

• Ensure consistent detention procedures\
• Maintain campus safety\
• Establish clear communication between Faculty and Enforcers\
• Provide accountability through proper documentation

All assigned Enforcers are expected to adhere strictly to these guidelines while on academy duty.

### 2. Enforcer Staffing Requirements

During each academic block (Block A and Block B):

• A minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 Enforcers must be present on campus\
• Enforcers are responsible for monitoring hallways, classrooms, and surrounding campus grounds\
• All Enforcers must remain on **Radio Channel 50 (Faculty Radio)** during their assigned block

Failure to maintain radio presence or assigned coverage may result in review.

### 3. Issuing Detention

Professors are not responsible for escorting students to detention.

When detention is required:

The Professor must: • Radio Channel 50 requesting an Enforcer\
• Clearly state the student’s full name\
• Provide the reason for detention

Enforcers should respond promptly and professionally.

### 4. Student Escort Procedure

Upon responding:

• The Enforcer will escort the student to the designated Detention Room\
• The Enforcer must maintain professionalism and control\
• The student must comply without disruption

Excessive force or escalation without cause is prohibited.

### 5. Detention Duration

The length of detention is determined by the issuing faculty member unless academy policy states otherwise.

Enforcers are responsible for ensuring the assigned duration is properly enforced.

### 6. Logging & Documentation

All detentions must be logged in the Enforcer Discord.

The log must include:

• Student name\
• Length of detention\
• Issuing faculty member\
• Reason for detention

Accurate and timely logging is mandatory.

Failure to log detentions may result in disciplinary review.

### 7. Rewards & Performance Credit

Active participation in academy safety contributes toward:

• Weekly salary bonuses\
• Promotion credit\
• Eligibility for special assignments\
• Additional future rewards

Consistent and professional performance within the academy reflects positively during promotion evaluations.
