* This SOP is a **living document** and may be updated as needed.
* All changes will be **announced and communicated** to all Enforcers.
* **All Enforcers and Wysteria citizens** are expected to know the law and stay informed.

🛡️ **Trainee:** `Recruit`\
➡️ Newly enlisted, learning the fundamentals of combat, order, and duty.

⚖️ **Officer:** `Realm Enforcer`\
➡️ Upholds the laws of the realm and ensures peace through discipline.

🔥 **Senior Officer:** `Ascendant Enforcer`\
➡️ Proven in battle and service; entrusted with guiding newer recruits.

🌪️ **Veteran:** `Senior Realm Enforcer`\
➡️ Seasoned protector, experienced in tactical operations and leadership.

🔮 **Specialist:** `Runecaster`\
➡️ Wields enchanted runes and arcane techniques to strengthen defense and offense.

🕯️ **Field Marshal:** `Sigil Marshal`\
➡️ Coordinates field operations, maintains sigil wards, and oversees small squads.

🌌 **Lieutenant:** `Aether Lieutenant`\
➡️ Commands teams with skill and strategy; represents command authority in the field.

🧭 **Commander:** `Arcane Commander`\
➡️ Balances combat expertise with tactical foresight, managing large-scale operations.

🛡️ **Chief Commander:** `Vanguard`\
➡️ Frontline leader embodying the Enforcers’ ideals — courage, order, and loyalty.

🌠 **Elder Commander:** `Elder Vanguard`\
➡️ Senior strategist and advisor to Command; mentors the next generation of leaders.

👑 **Chief of Enforcers:** `Warden`\
➡️ The highest authority within the Enforcers, responsible for all operations, strategy, and the realm’s defense.

#### 📜 **Human Resources Division**

🏛️ **HR Representative:** `Realm Affairs`\
➡️ Oversees personnel records, conflict resolution, and internal well-being of Enforcers.

👑 **Lead HR:** `High Realm Affairs`\
➡️ Leads the HR branch, ensures fairness, manages internal documentation, and upholds the Enforcers’ ethical code.

### 3. Complaints & Internal Reporting

* All complaints regarding **enforcer conduct, misuse of authority, or SOP violations** must be submitted to the **Enforcer Scrolls**.
* Complaints should include:
  * Name(s) of involved party/parties
  * Detailed description of the incident
  * Date, time, and location
  * Any supporting evidence
* Anonymous complaints are allowed, but may **delay investigation**.
* Enforcers **can** **not retaliate** against complainants.

### 4. Internal Discipline

Internal discipline ensures accountability and adherence to SOPs:

* Violations of SOPs or abuse of authority may result in:
  * **Verbal or written warnings**
  * **Temporary suspension of duties**
  * **Demotion or rank review**
  * **Removal from the Enforcers**
* Disciplinary actions are determined by **Command** after review of complaints.
* **Records of discipline** are maintained internally within the Enforcer system.
